When we prepare a quote we take into account the scope and nature of the text, the subject, file format, source and target languages, and the delivery deadline. Using our translation tools we analyse the text to get an estimate of the number of words to be translated. Where appropriate we naturally use customer-specific translation memory to reduce costs and ensure consistency between translations.
